About Us

My husband and I, each armed with one of our three-year old twins and their older brothers, set out with snorkeling gear in hand to explore one of the many beaches in Oahu. While scanning the beautiful coral and sea life, we were encircled by dozens of sea turtles. Their grace, beauty, and curiosity were spellbinding and my children spent hours watching these turtles in action. We have been back to Oahu several times to revisit these turtles and my children love to tell about their experiences swimming with these amazing creatures. This is my inspiration for my swimwear boutique- Sea Turtle Swimwear.

After moving to Arizona from the Northwest in 2007, I found that my children were spending all of their time swimming! The sunshine was a new experience, as well as protecting their fair skin from the sunburn. Whether it was on vacation, at home, or at the community pool, the sun, salt, sand, and chlorine took a toll on the children's swimwear. After completing an MBA, I decided to put my business experience and knowledge to work in an environment that would still allow me to spend time with my children.
